SECTION 15-A – PROFESSIONAL USE, HAZARDOUS MATERIALS & RACING DISCLAIMER

Certain products sold by SPEEDBULL Rc, including but not limited to internal combustion engines, fuels, and lithium-based batteries (including LiPo and Li-Ion batteries), are high-performance or hazardous products intended for experienced users and professional or competition use only. These products are not toys.

Improper use, handling, charging, storage, transportation, modification, or disposal may result in fire, explosion, chemical exposure, electric shock, serious injury, property damage, or death.

By purchasing or using these products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years of age;

  • You possess sufficient technical knowledge and experience to safely use these products;

  • You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety instructions;

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with use, racing, tuning, modification, or competition activities.

Lithium batteries must be charged only with compatible chargers, under supervision, on non-flammable surfaces, preferably in fire-resistant containers. Fuels must be handled and stored in accordance with safety regulations.

Products are not intended for use in any manned vehicle, aircraft, medical device, or life-support system.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPEEDBULL Rc disclaims all liability for injuries, fires, explosions, damages, losses, or claims arising from improper use, racing, competition, modification, charging errors, or failure to follow safety instructions.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEEDBULL Rc SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

1. SHIPPING ORIGIN & DESTINATIONS

All orders placed on SPEEDBULL Rc are shipped from Taiwan.

We ship worldwide to most countries and regions. Shipping availability, methods, transit times, and carrier options may vary depending on the destination, product type, carrier restrictions, and applicable local or international regulations.

Certain products may be restricted or unavailable for shipment to specific countries or regions due to hazardous material regulations or carrier limitations.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Taiwan public holidays.

Processing times may be extended due to:

  • High order volume or limited-quantity products

  • Special or custom orders

  • Orders containing engines, fuel, or lithium batteries

  • Additional compliance, packaging, or documentation requirements

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3. SHIPPING METHODS

Our primary shipping method is EMS (Express Mail Service).

If you wish to change the shipping method or designate a specific carrier, you must clearly note your request before placing the order, in the order notes at checkout.

All requests for alternative shipping methods are not guaranteed and are subject to:

  • Carrier availability

  • Destination country regulations

  • Product type and shipping restrictions

  • Hazardous material transportation rules

SPEEDBULL Rc reserves the right to determine the final shipping method to ensure compliance and safe delivery.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Typical estimated transit times from Taiwan are as follows:

  • United States / Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 10–18 business days

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • Other regions: 10–21 business days

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier operations, hazardous material handling, weather conditions, holidays, or events beyond our control.

5. SHIPPING FEES, TAXES & DUTIES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Product prices and shipping fees do not include:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • VAT, sales tax, or local taxes

  • Brokerage or clearance charges

All international customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import-related fees imposed by their local authorities.

6. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SHIPPING

Some products sold by SPEEDBULL Rc are classified as hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

  • Internal combustion engines

  • Fuels

  • Lithium-based batteries (LiPo / Li-Ion)

These products:

  • May require special packaging, labeling, and documentation

  • May ship separately from other items in the same order

  • May require additional handling time or shipping costs

  • May be restricted to specific shipping methods

  • May not be eligible for shipment to certain countries or regions

By placing an order that includes hazardous materials, you acknowledge and agree that shipment is subject to applicable transportation regulations and carrier policies.

7. FUEL SHIPPING NOTICE (SEA FREIGHT ONLY)

Fuel products are classified as highly regulated hazardous materials and can only be shipped via sea freight.

Due to international shipping restrictions, extended transit times, customs clearance requirements, and higher logistical complexity, SPEEDBULL Rc does not recommend purchasing fuel products through this website.

If you choose to proceed with a fuel order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Fuel shipments will be transported by sea freight only;

  • Delivery times may be significantly longer than standard shipments;

  • Additional shipping costs, customs procedures, or regulatory requirements may apply;

  • Delays, restrictions, or cancellations may occur due to carrier policies or local regulations.

By placing an order for fuel products, you expressly accept these conditions and agree that SPEEDBULL Rc shall not be held responsible for delays, restrictions, or limitations arising from hazardous material transportation regulations.

8. LITHIUM BATTERY SHIPPING NOTICE

Lithium batteries are subject to strict domestic and international transportation regulations.

Orders containing lithium batteries:

  • May be delayed, modified, or canceled due to carrier or regulatory restrictions

  • May be subject to quantity limits or specific shipping methods

SPEEDBULL Rc reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order containing lithium batteries if shipping is not feasible or compliant.

9. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages, especially when hazardous materials are included. Multiple tracking numbers may be issued.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees are charged per order, not per package.

10. CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and clearance delays.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete shipping information

  • Complying with destination country import regulations

  • Paying all applicable duties, taxes, and fees

SPEEDBULL Rc is not responsible for delays, refusals, seizures, returns, or losses caused by customs authorities.

11. INCORRECT ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned as undeliverable

  • Additional shipping costs resulting from address errors

Reshipping fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

12. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, customers should contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information. We may assist at our discretion, but we are not liable for carrier-related issues.

13. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & RIGHT TO CANCEL

SPEEDBULL Rc reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel shipments that violate carrier rules or applicable laws

  • Modify shipping methods to ensure compliance or safety

  • Cancel orders if shipping is not feasible due to hazardous material restrictions
